We had Bucksworth out to fix our AC unit. We called them initially and they were out the next day to inspect it. We received confirmation through email that the appointment was made and our timeframe to expect the technician, and received a text when the tech was on their way to our house. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to provide a solution to get our unit working again for a great price. The tech seemed to have the parts needed on his truck, or readily available, so the fix was timely. We'll eventually need to replace this unit as it is older, but we liked that they didn't try to pressure us into that at this point and we're able to fix the current unit. Overall when that time comes to replace the unit, we will absolutely call this company back out!
